Laid Off? Earn Cash While You Look for Work
by admin on Nov.01, 2009, under General
Have you recently been downsized?
Have you discovered that it is very hard to find a new job in this recessionary economy?
Today’s Situation
If so, you have lots of company. Since the beginning of the recession in December, 2007, more than 5.7 million jobs have been eliminated. According to the Associated Press (AP), after the May 8th release of the April, 2009 unemployment numbers:
- 13.7 million individuals were out of work in April, 2009, and that was the largest number since 1948
- 539,000 jobs were lost in April alone
- 8.9% unemployment (the highest since September, 1983), but if workers who’ve been laid off and just given up or taken part-time work, are included, that number jumps to 15.8% – the highest since 1994
If you’ve been unemployed for more than a month, you may be feeling angry, or maybe even a little panicky as you see the pages of the calendar turn, with still no job on the horizon. In addition to your short term worries, you’re probably also concerned about things like being able to send your kids to college, or how to fund your retirement.
There are basically three options in this situation:
- Freak out
- Keep doing what you’ve always been doing (the same things that haven’t yet found you a new job), or
- Try something different
Option 1: Freak Out
The first option, panic, is entirely counter-productive, and should be avoided at all costs. A little fear is a good thing – it can help us focus and energize us for fight or flight. Panic overloads our nervous system, reduces our creativity, and generally degrades our ability to respond to life’s challenges.
Option 2: Keep Doing What You’ve Been Doing
If doing what you have always been doing had been successful for you, you wouldn’t be reading this article right now. If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you can only expect to get more of the same.
Although there seems to be a little bit of a light at the end of this recessionary tunnel, good people I know have still been unemployed for six months or more. Despite doing all the “right things” (e.g, answering help wanted ads and sending out resumes), what have they got to show for all that effort? Nothing.
My friends are not even getting preliminary callbacks – and that’s even when they can find jobs to apply for in the first place.
Option 3: Try Something New
The third option – do something different – seems to be the only feasible solution. With so many options on the table, it is difficult to know where to start?
I suggest you start an online business .
- Never worry about being downsized again.
- Don’t continue to sell your soul to the company store.
Take charge of your financial security; replace your old boss – with yourself! Invest in your financial security by starting your own home business!
One very good starting place for gaining all the necessary education about internet marketing that you’ll need is to sign up for the Online Success for Beginners course.
Home businesses account for approximately 7 billion annually while providing tax benefits, more control over your time, your work, and your income. Essentially you’d apply the Law of Large Numbers to your individual situation, similar to the way that insurance companies apply that law to minimize their risks. Insurance companies spread their loss risks over a huge number of customers.
Starting an online business will let you reach thousands, and millions, of prospects allowing you to spread your recessionary risks across multiple people, regions and countries. If you were to spread you financial risk, like the insurance companies do, you’d have a greater likelihood of a stable income and financial security for your family.while building a luxury lifestyle

A Critical Review Of MLM Guru Tom Challan
by admin on Sep.22, 2009, under General
From the office of David Wood, Attraction Marketing Coach
I met Tom at a Dani Johnson convention a couple of years back, and I can say from personal experience that I’ve never met a better phone sponsor (sorry Mike Dillard).Tom’s coaching has it’s strengths, but also it’s inherent limitations.
Who is Tom Challan?
If you’re looking to work with a MLM trainer who understands Dani Johnson’s system – Tom Challan is your man. Tom Challan is one of the greatest sponsors of al time – sponsoring more than 500 people in a year of part time work. Tom independently owns and operates a lead generation company called Earn Pro Leads, and also offers On The Job Training to his students.
So what does Tom teach?
Like many MLM gurus, Tom stays focused on the basics: prospecting, closing, and presenting using third party systems. It used to be that Tom’s recruiting classes were in sync with Dani Johnson – and he was charging $297 per class. Tom’s classes are composed of live role plays – predominantly prospecting and closing, followed by personal coaching. Tom is now more focused on building his own company and still works with Dani Johnson at the events.
He has a unique prospecting and closing approach that is relationship based, using questions to get to know the core needs of the prospect before you present the benefits of your business. He has a fundamentally different recruiting approach – abandoning all ‘canned pitches’ in favor of natural conversation.
Tom Challan’s actual approach to building a business is completely unique in the world of Network Marketing. Tom actually outsources almost all of his training to Dani – and ALL he does is prospect and close over the phone.
Tom’s innovative system allowed him to sponsor 30-50 people per month, growing an organization to 20,000 in one year.
Is Tom Challan the real deal?
I got a chance to personally meet Tom Challan on several occasions at various Dani Johnson events I attended in 2008. Tom’s simple, unique approach has created massive success in the MLM profession for thousands of people who have studied his techniques.
I would have to say that Tom is one of the best examples in the MLM profession.
There is one thing that would be greatly beneficial if you decide to use Tom Challan’s method:
Tom recommends doing a majority of your recruiting from purchased leads. Buying these kinds of leads has never worked for the vast majority of people – only sponsoring ninjas like Tom Challan have been able to use them to succeed.) Recruiting people from these bought generic home business companies is like trying to climb a mountain with no shoes – you’ll get bloody before you go anywhere.
One thing is for sure – if you’re going to learn Tom Challan’s approach – learn how to create your own leads.
Creating your own leads is simple, inexpensive, and HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.
By learning and applying some basic, yet powerful online MLM strategies – you’ll actually be able to outsponsor Tom while maintaining your time freedom. If you want to learn the simple secrets that allow me to sponsor 20-50 people every month into my primary business, on complete autopilot – visit my MLM Training website now.
I’m going to give you an exclusive training (valued at $97) for free.Enjoy.I’ll speak to you soon

Downsized? Can’t Find Another Job? Earn Money While Doing Your Job Search
by admin on Jun.09, 2009, under General
Have you recently been downsized?
Since you’ve been laid off, have you discovered how difficult it is to find a new job during this recession?
Current Situation
If so, you’re in good company. Since December 2007, the official beginning of this recession, more than 5.7 million jobs disappeared during this recession. According to the Associated Press (AP), after the May 8th release of the April, 2009 unemployment numbers:
- 13.7 million people were unemployed in April, 2009, and that was the largest number since 1948
- 539,000 jobs were lost in April alone
- 8.9% unemployment, but if workers who’ve been laid off and just given up or taken part-time work, are included, that number jumps to 15.8% – the highest since 1994
If you’ve been unemployed for more than a month, you may be feeling frustrated, angry, depressed, or maybe even a little panicky as you watch the pages of the calendar turn, with still no job on the horizon. In addition to this immediate financial crisis, you’re probably concerned about the long term effects as well (e.g., college education for your kids, a comfortable retirement for you and your spouse).
There are basically three options in this situation:
- Panic
- Keep doing what you’ve been doing (the same things that haven’t yet found you a new job), or
- Try something different
Option 1: Panic
The first option, panic, is entirely counter-productive, and should be avoided at all costs.A little fear, while uncomfortable, can be an excellent motivator – one that can help us get ourselves out of a dangerous situation by either running or energizing us to stay and fight. Panic, however, overloads our system, resulting in fuzzy thinking, confusion, fatigue, and gets us nowhere.
Option 2: Continue Doing What You’ve Been Doing
If doing what you have been doing had been successful for you, you wouldn’t be reading this article right now.Unless you’re willing to change, and try something new, you’re only going to end up with more of what you already have.
I don’t know about you and your industry, but people in my industry – good people – have been unemployed for more than six months, unable to find a comparable job to the one they left; or even, any job at all. What results have they achieved – despite answering countless help wanted ads and sending out a ton of resume? Zilch, nada.
In this recession, people aren’t even getting callbacks about jobs they’re qualified for.
Option 3: Try Something Different
The third option – do something different – seems to be the only plausible solution. With so many options on the table, it is difficult to know where to start?
Have you considered start an online business .
- Let this be the last time you have to worry about being downsized.
- Stop letting your job steal quality time from your family.
Become your own boss! Invest in your financial security by starting your own home business!
The home-based business industry accounts for approximately $427 billion annually and provides many tax benefits, more control over your time, your work, and your income. Effectively, you’d be using the Law of Large numbers and applying it to your personal situation, much like insurance companies do to minimize their risks. They spread the risk of loss across thousands or millions of policyholders.
An internet business will reach thousands, and millions, of prospects allowing you to spread your recessionary risks across multiple people, regions and countries. To minimize your recessionary risks, do like the insurance companies do – apply the Law of Large Numbers.while building a life of your dreams
