Making Money on the Internet Takes Multiple Streams
by admin on Jul.16, 2009, under General
The biggest mistake many people make about making money on the Internet is that they don’t monetize their products to their full potential. While having multiple products is a great thing to have multiple income streams, there’s much more to having multiple income streams and making money on the Internet than just that. Much more.
Affiliate marketing is an excellent second income stream. There’s no such thing as a truly passive income source, but this comes close. You will have to maintain your website and answer the occasional support question, but mostly, affiliate links aren’t something you have to think too much about. You can, in fact, get several of them and typically manage them quite well.
Multiple payment methods is another way to improve the monetizing of your site. Not everyone who visits your site has PayPal. Not everyone that visits your site has a credit card. By getting an account both with PayPal and a credit card service like Authorize.net, you can dramatically increase your income, while minimizing potential penalties with PayPal.
Multiple traffic streams is an often overlooked aspect of making money. The short version of how this works is: The more places your link is seen, the more ways they can come to your page. The more ways traffic can come to your page, the more traffic you get. It’s really that simple.
Of course, then you have multiple products. Again, the World Wide Web is called a web for a reason. The best way to increase your profits is not to have the cheapest or most expensive product around. It’s having the most products, the most ways to get to your products, and the most ways to pay for your products. You are a spider, of sorts; make your own web and draw the buyers in.

Can I make money from a website
by admin on Jun.06, 2009, under General
Money makes the world go ’round. It might be a daft song but in fact it does, money is the basic essential to our world and of course no matter how much we have we always want more !!! So its no real suprise that the Internet has grown into such a massive way to make money but to truely harness this potential you need customers, people who will buy from you and the hardest thing to do with Internet marketing is get the customers onto your site and get them buying your products
So how do you turn that dusty old website into a money making machine ??
Well there is never any guarantee but here are a few pointers
1. You need a product , true ? well actually its false, you need multiple products, Ive seen it happen many a time you specialise in one product and your happily making money, suddenly someone comes along with a new better cheaper product and all of a sudden you have nothing. Don’t specialise, identify your target area and sell multiple products, its important to specialise to target your market but not to specialise too much
2. Get people to your site, thats a no brainer really without customers you will have noone to buy your products and you simply wont make any money, this is the single most difficult job you will do but again there are ways and means
for example you can you google adsense service, this displays adverts on relevant sites, when a user clicks on an advert they are taken to your site, however google and the advertiser will take a cut so this will eat into your profits
Give things away, people love free stuff. Get them to your site by advertising freebies or even choose free as one of your keywords, one of my pet hates can be used to an advantage here. Search on google for “free ringtones” and check out the first 10 results, only one of them gives away free ringtones, but I’m sure you’ll check the other 8 before that one and perhaps you might buy something.
3. Turn those visitors into sales, if your using adsense or some other form of paid advertising this is crucial, you must get those visitors to buy otherwise you are paying money out for no return. This is where your return on investment is crucial. Say you sell a product for $10 of that you make $2 profit and for arguments sake (and cos my maths is rubbish) its costs you 10cents for each click. Well if you don’t sell a product within 20 clicks your losing money, its crucial to track your statistics on a daily basis, how make clicks before a sale and remember every click you don’t convert is eating into your $2 profit
4. Finally get those users to come back, as is said in point 1 diversify, so if you sell visitor a. a car brush, make sure when he buys it he sees how cheap your car shampoo is, give him a discount for a second purchase, once you on his favorites bar it costs you nothing to get him back
Thats Internet marketing in a nutshell , I hope you find my points useful

This is usually obtained by having the perfect, tailor made squeeze page for the product you are marketing. Explained simply, a squeeze page is where you can gather e-mail addresses that can add to your opt in list. This not only makes your opt in list longer, it makes it a list that is more reactive to your sales as only interested people are added as your subscribers. It’s actually really easy to create free squeeze pages too.
Now assuming you have the most effective squeeze page there is. Let us say as soon as a curious visitor sees your squeeze page, he or she sends you the needed email address without fail every time. Now what? You need to have an effective squeeze page manager. What a squeeze page manager does is that basically, it does the following up work for you. Visualize yourself sending manual emails to all those who opt in your site. What if in a week’s time, around a hundred people subscribed to you? Would you be able to devote your time in writing personalized emails and checking those sales letters while you still have your own day time job to attend to? Thanks to technology, various programs can now act as your squeeze page manager for a fee of $20-$50. This is a relatively low price to pay to manage 70% of your possible source of sale. And you can use this software for multiple products that you have to market!
If you purchase a squeeze page manager, you will be able to use the entire package that comes with it. It usually contains the following:
– Squeeze page builder
- Squeeze page editor
- Templates and designs for squeeze page
- Manages the opt in list
- Lead subscribers to the personalized sales letter
- Allows you to send instant emails to follow up your subscribers or provide them with details on related products.
And these programs are usually very interface-friendly that even if you have just basic to nil knowledge on HTML, you can still work with the product with ease.
These are just the basic services that a squeeze page manager can do for you. And remember the squeeze page manager may be re-used. For those working on different marketing sites that promotes different products, the same single program can be used to handle the different lists on each site.
The squeeze page manager also comes with a money back guarantee, thus if you think the software does not work well for you and you do not think it is user friendly, you can get your money back and look for another squeeze page manager.
So what’s holding you back? Don’t be left behind and grab your own squeeze page manager that can help you boost your internet marketing business in a jiffy.
