Hang on a second! What’s going on with the internet, Is there an internet based business boom going on and I’m not getting a slice of the pie? Why am I the only person in the world not making a fortune on the internet?
I can’t help but notice at the moment that everywhere I turn I am being bombarded with information about internet home based business opportunities that promise the world and the financial freedom that will allow me to live the life of my dreams with very little work or money down.
Call me crazy, but I can’t help but be a little suspicious of websites claiming they can deliver riches I’ve only ever dreamed of without lifting a finger and I doubt it’s terribly accurate or legal for that matter. So what is it all about? Well obviously you have to use your brain to sift through the BS but right now there are many legitimate online marketing systems that if followed correctly have the ability to create an income that the average Joe can access from home.
A lot of systems focus on affiliate marketing where you join a website and sell various products, there are two types of products, digital, such as software and e-books or any other everyday products like clothes or electronic equipment.
There are hundreds if not millions of these sites on the internet, if you do your research and join the right site then firstly you will have no join up fees and will not be required to purchase anything all you have to do is refer potential customers to their site and if they purchase something you will receive a commission. These are legitimate home based internet business opportunities that have been operating for many years.
For the more ambitious entrepreneur there are a few legitimate opportunities on the internet where you set up your own business website and sell other peoples products. These are great as they are easy to set up, are almost fully automated, you direct traffic to your site through various styles of marketing, you don’t have to handle any products and it is worldwide so your sales are being made 24 hours a day, even while you are asleep. How easy is that!
The internet has commanded its place in the world now and as life gets busier and busier people are starting to see that driving to a job and working for someone else is a thing of the past. With so many home based internet businesses opportunities out there, there is no reason that if you are looking and do your research you can’t find that special niche market that will undoubtedly get you to the position you know you deserve. How to Make Money on the Web and Keep Your Integrity Intact

If you’ve done any investigation at all of online marketing, you’ll know plenty of scams abound. Unfortunately, marketers with no morals take advantage of the multitudes of innocent people who are looking for the means to improve their lives by making money on the Internet. It’s sad, because millions probably get duped into spending money uneccessarily, only to pursue schemes that never yield any fruit. Fortunately, methods abound for making money on the Internet without having to invest a penny. This should be good news to those who have been ripped off by Web schemes!
But the line between scam and just an ill-advised business opportunity can sometimes be thin. An example of this is the controversy over an web business opportunity named Site Build It. Some believe that one or more people have written a Site Build It review that wasn’t entirely accurate. The owner stepped forward to defend himself and he could be totally right. But it’s up to every individual to do their own research before paying money for Internet “opportunities”.
One of the most successful ways I’ve found to make money online is above-board and also fairly simple to implement. I make money writing using HubPages. HubPages — a community blogging site – makes it quite simple to create content and generate ad revenue. You can create as many or as few content “hubs” as you want. Each hub you create can make up to five types of revenue: Amazon and eBay items, any affiliate program you want to implement, Google AdSense ads and Kontera ads. Sixty percent of the impressions (page views) that generate revenue go to you and HubPages gets the other 40%. The exception to that would be if you implemented an affiliate program; One hundred percent of income generated by click-throughs from an affiliate link on a hub would belong to you. Building good hubs takes a bit of practice but in my opinion, the revenue you can earn over time makes it worth the effort.
One of the affiliate programs I like to use on my hubs is RevResponse, because people who sign up get great free information. When people click on links to any of the RevResponse publications or White Papers and qualify, you get paid. It’s that simple.
