How Amish Shah Is Successfully Using The Law Of Attraction In Online Marketing
by admin on Nov.23, 2009, under General
If you don’t know Amish Shah, you should. Not just because he’s the man with *the* plan, been arrested by the FBI when he was 16, has seen his IM business skyrocket, or, because he’s doing something few IM’ers can: diversifying. No, because he’s applying some deep spiritual GTD to his business.
Amish Shah – The 100k/day man
Money’s the oil, not the engine, and he is well versed in this- he even mentions it multiple times it’s just not about money… It’s evident in all the different ways he’s creating his online brand and JV’s. It’s even evident in how he handles people and situations. He recently had his magic bullet seminar in San Diego this August- and drunk midgets crash the party. Amish cooly laughs, then gets back to the business of serving secret IM tactics.
He didn’t intend to become a guru, but his tactics, tips, advice, and services have ensured he becomes one. Amish gently nudges participants to working towards goals, vision boards, and using The Law of Attraction (before the movie ‘The Secret’ exploited Esther and Jerry Hicks) while avoiding the obstacles, the things that just have no chance, like- negative thinking, a lack of focus and determination, and self-doubt.
I’ve been working with several Internet Marketers involved extensively with IM lately. As I’m also a Resonance Repatterning practitioner I help others help themselves reconnect with their inner coherence, their goals and visions. It breaks down the FinancialEnergy patterns that limit a person from their potential… it’s a great complement to those that already believe in the Law of Attraction. Internet Marketers are expectedly receptive to this type of Energy work, as it complements the desires and goals they already have. So… Internet Marketing, Resonance Repatterning, The Law of Attraction… it’s all wrapped up, and Amish Shah is the prime example of it’s success.
He suggests vision boards as a great tool (called an Energy Modality in Resonance Repatterning) in achieving your goals. Mind Movies are also another great example…. And, there’s even an automation tool (Automatic WallPaper Changer) that can create a flowing vision board of wallpaper images on your PC (you supply the images of course). What youre really doing is bombarding your Self- not with “What Is”, but “What you’d like”. Our brain responds the same way whether we are living through something, or creatively focusing on something. Visualzing something, even with the above mentioned examples, helps us to“feel” as if our goals and desires are present and real.
The real trick, as Amish states- is daily practice. A lot of people enslaved by results and manifestations, and often quit before they ever achieve their goals. Getting stuck on “making” something happen may be giving your attention to your failure to manifest rather than understanding that the joy and positivity of manifesting is a continual process. We create our own reality, whether good or bad… Being stuck on “being a victim“, “others can do it, but I can’t”, etc. will only provide exactly what you’ve already been getting. Forget all that and focus your attention and Energy on what works for you, and what you can do to achieve your goals. If you don’t or can’t, then all of your actions, especially relating to Internet Marketing, will be coming from a place of lack, not abundance.
If you “own” your reality, own your creations, and allow your actions to be inspired and from a place that you know each little action contributes to your overall goal, you’ll succeed. If you’re still struggling with it all and need to get your Inner Game in order, I’m positive Resonance Repatterning can help. Amish Shah is using these tactics and he may not even know about Resonance Repatterning… the principles of it work regardless of whether you understand it or not. Want to know more about Resonance Repatterning and how it can help you?

Internet Marketing Tips – Is Multi-Tasking As Bad As They Say?
by admin on Sep.17, 2009, under General
When we think of multi-tasking we picture the busy mother who is keeping her reckless toddler out of harm’s way whilst cooking dinner, talking on the phone and helping another child with their homework. Whilst you may not relate to this particular image of multi-tasking I’m sure you have your own variation! It might go something like checking your webpage statistics, checking emails, twitter and having a conversation on facebook. Many of us spend our days doing more than one thing at the same time but is this the most efficient way to get things done?
Studies say no way! Using your time to do several things at once does NOT improve efficiency. Doing many things at once will mean that nothing gets done well or effectively.
So then the answer is doing one thing at a time?
For me the answer to this question both YES and NO.
Stay Focused
Many people tell you that to become successful in any field, not just internet marketing you need to remain focused on your goals. This is the kind of focus I definitely agree with.
Many of the successful internet marketing entrepreneurs advise people just starting out in internet marketing to focus on one project at a time.Whilst this is good internet marketing advice, sometimes you need a more practical approach.
Staying focused on one project at a time in the beginning will ensure that you don’t miss any critical steps in the planning and execution of your project. When you are doing something for the first time the task takes much longer to complete and the more you do something the better you get at it.
But sometimes you have to have more than one project to work on because it is easy to get held up by a small detail and not be able to continue your work until it is resolved. For example, if you buy a domain name and make a mistake assigning the dns nameservers then it can take up to 24 hrs for the changes to propagate through the web. If you want to start generating traffic on this site then you have to wait the 24hrs or so until it is live on the web before you can implement traffic generating strategies such as submitting RSS feeds, pinging, social bookmarking etc.
If you didn’t have something else to work on, then any time that you might have been able to use to build your business in that 24 hour period has been lost.
There are plenty of other examples where things on the internet are not instantaneous. Emailing support for help, waiting for approval from a potential affiliate program and of course waiting to see if a PPC campaign will work or not. All of these things can be extremely frustrating for the interent marketing newbie who just wants their website live on the web attracting lots of traffic!Without another project to focus on your will find yourself doing unproductive stuff like overchecking your emails or your Google analytic stats.
So yes you should only do one thing at a time so that you can produce the best possible result but only having one project on the go can waste you a lot of time as well.
Multiple Projects NOT Multi-Tasking
So just to emphasize the point I advise having several projects on the go simultaneously at different stages of completion. BUT, when you are actually working just focus on one thing at a time – multi-project but don’t multi-task!
So how do you manage more than one project at a time?
How do remember exactly what stage you are up to in each separate project?
Systematization is the answer!
Each and every project on the internet has a series of steps that need to be completed. For example: setting up a website involves the same set of steps every time, market research, domain name purchase, website setup …
Using a system of checklists and keeping an up-to-date checklist for every project that you have, keeps you in control. This makes it very easy to stop in the middle of something when you hit a roadblock or you run out of time for the session(when you are trying to squeeze in internet marketing in your spare time this happens a lot).
I am a big fan of excel spreadsheets and use them anytime I can to track my activity in any particular area. I have traffic spreadsheets (one for each website) so that I can keep on top of the pieces of content created for a particular project and whether or not I have used them to their full traffic generating potential.
Now, excel spreadsheets might not be your style but choose something that suits your personality and work habits an use it diligently.I used to be a fan of the post it notes everywhere but they are easy to lose and when you spend more time looking for things rather than doing, you soon develop a more useful system.
So if you want to make the transition from internet marketing newbie to internet marketing entrepreneur you will need to have multiple streams of income from multiple websites but don’t multi-task, focus on one thing at a time.
