Home-Based MLM Business Opportunities That Keep on Giving

After years of working in the matrix (corporate world), many realize how unfulfilling it can be, especially if it is not in line with your true life’s purpose. A job that fulfills your life’s purpose is generally something that you love to do and it usually involves working for your own cause, not for somebody else’s. But there are those who struggle to pursue their “dream job” because they buy into the broadcast message put out by their friends and family, and even the media, that you should stick it out in the corporate world for the steady paycheck, the benefits, and the paid holidays; you should be thankful to have a job; you would be crazy to leave, blah blah, blah. So many feel forced to stay in the matrix because of peer pressure and continue with the daily drudge year in and year out, stuck in a vortex of monotony.
Is there a way out? One way to escape the matrix is to pursue a home-based network marketing or multi-level marketing (MLM) business. The goal would be to find a business that creates multiple streams of residual income as this would enable you to have the life you always dreamed of. In the book, “You Can Choose to Be Rich” by Robert T. Kiyosaki (author of “Rich Dad Poor Dad”), he explained that average people have J-O-B-S and they get paid once for what they do. Rich people, on the other hand, create networks which continue to pay them day after day after day. He says that networking marketing is one of the most perfect business models on the planet. And think about Walmart, for example, you would probably agree that Walmart is a very successful company. But, they don’t manufacture anything. They distribute products that others make and they have multiple locations or networks for doing that.
Well, for those who are ready to escape the matrix and are willing to start looking in the direction of a home-based business opportunity, there are many rewards in doing that. But how do you get started in transitioning to a home-based business?
First, you need to determine what you like to do. You probably know what you DON’T like to do, use that as contrast to figure out what you DO want to do. Make a list of everything you think you would enjoy doing as well as what talents you have in that regard.
Second, find something that can provide you a residual income; in other words, it can make you money even when you are not working. There are many MLM businesses out there which have products and services that people are looking for. This will allow you to build networks that will keep on giving, sometimes without you doing any work. Pick something in which people will be coming to you rather than you having to harass “family and friends.”
In this so-called “down economy,” many are looking for ways to set up networks using the Internet. All you need is a computer, an Internet connection, and the ability to set up a simple web landing page. Weight Loss and Health Improvement are huge moneymaking industries and there are many products out there that really work that you could promote on the Internet and make a good sum of money doing so. Credit Repair is also big as many people have been negatively impacted by the bad decisions corporate and government leaders have made in the banking, mortgage, and insurance industries. There are several reputable companies that have excellent ratings with the Better Business Bureau who provide this type of service. For those who want to learn how to do Internet marketing and get your piece of the millions made on the Internet, there are sites out there that provide education on how to successfully do that. You can create a very simple landing page to send people to a site where they pay a nominal monthly fee to get all the network marketing training they need to be successful and you get paid when they do that.

Set up an autoresponse for your email to tell people you’re off for a few days. Then, they won’t be upset if it takes you time to respond. It shouldn’t put you out of business to take a day off once in a while!

Do some things like article marketing and blogging heavily before the holidays and schedule everything to keep ticking while you’re away. Then, you’re going to keep visitors to your site satisfied by giving them new content as well as keep sending search engine spiders to your sites. You can also prepare autoresponders in advance to send messages through the holidays to your marketing list on a schedule.
Work a Little…Not a Lot
Check in once or twice a day just for a few minutes to put your mind at ease. Maybe you’re the sort who will worry about the business if you don’t know what’s going on. Be careful you don’t get trapped into working full time when you just intend to check emails and / or check stats quickly. You need time off and your family and friends will benefit from spending extra time with you. After all, wasn’t flexibility and freedom one of the reasons for starting your own online business?
