Some MLM Advice From Norbert Orlewicz

Just earlier today, I interviewed Norbert Orlewicz, one of three founders of MLM Lead System Pro, where he shared some of his most important thoughts on what it takes to be successful online. For your own benefit, I wanted to quickly share the main insights that I learned from this interview, to help you in your journey. So we’re going to briefly discuss the 4 most important points that led to Norbert’s personal financial transformation.
The first thing that Mr. Orlewicz shared with me was how important it is to understand where your major gift and strength lies in business when you start marketing to build your MLM empire. Asking the question slightly differently, what is the source of your personal success in all of your breakthroughs in the past? For Norbert Orlewicz, he had been trying to build a business offline for 5 years and met nothing but failure, and as soon as he started marketing his business on the internet, he had a major breakthrough in his business in a two month period of time. The thing to understand about your core competency is that it may not be the same as your sponsor in the MLM profession, and that’s ok. It’s important to seek prosperity with YOUR skill sets, not someone else’s.
After we talked about core strengths, we had a discussion about how important it is to have a core focus in your marketing efforts, and that you need to not get distracted by engaging in too many promotional activities at the same time. He said that most distributors who try to market online try too many strategies at the same time, and as a result they meet with extreme frustration and disappointment. For example, Norbert Orlewicz does engage in many forms of marketing, but it’s because he has an ability financially to outsource it to other people. However, when he started, he just did PPC and Myspace strategies. (Just as a clarification, Norbert recommended Facebook over Myspace. He said that in 2009 and beyond it is a better platform for social media, with which I agree.)
The last tidbit of advice that I wanted to share from my exclusive interview with Norbert Orlewicz is to stay consistent and persistent in your marketing efforts. All too often people will quit all together before they have the breakthrough that they’ve been waiting for, and as a result they join a new company and meet with the same failure. As a sponsor, it’s amazing how some of the most talented, gifted people around miss out on massive financial rewards just because they’re not willing to overcome the hurdles that they face in the beginning of their business.
The way that Norbert voiced it in our interview was that you just never know when your breakthrough will come. He pointed out how two years ago today, he was flat broke, frustrated, and didn’t know where to turn in his business. When prosperity finally made it his way, it came in huge waves, FAST, and in a couple of months he was in the top 1% income earners in this industry. In one month, he went from no profitability to more than twenty five grand! He shared that the reason that he had his first major success was because he was willing to fight through the failure to find his success.
