If you are going to get into internet marketing, you had better think of it as a business. When you take on that mind set, you will be more serious about it and concentrate more on doing the things that need to be done to increase your income and not spend too much of your time playing around.

When you start thinking of it as business, you need to also think of the tax benefits you should be taking advantage of at the end of each year. Many of those things you do in the process of doing business is tax deductible as a business expense. If you are not taking advantage of these you are throwing money away.

Every E-book you purchase for learning about internet marketing is deductible. Also all the fees you pay for domain names for your web sites and the fees for your web sites. If you use one of the rooms in your house as your office space, you can deduct that also. Did you buy a new computer or camera for doing business? These also are deductible.

Of course you should talk to your tax preparer about the deductions you can take and how to go about it. I am not an expert on these matters but I do know you can take some tax breaks, if your ignoring these you are loosing money. It was when I started to make some money doing internet marketing that I realized that I should be doing this myself and that no body was talking about it on the internet.
