You may believe that setting a working from home opportunity up from scratch is a daunting task, because you feel like an island in the centre of a shark infested ocean without the motivation or persuasion from your 9-5 routine and co-workers. However, it is the idealtime to achieve everything you want in life using goal setting tools.
Even that can be formidable if you have never been involved in personal or professional goal setting before. Motivation at work came as you were subject to goals that were set by your bosses, but they were their objectives not yours. I promise you setting personal goals can be fun, when you understand the goal setting process. Really it is management by objectives and will raise your self-esteem.
Your first goal could well be to establish self-esteem affirmations to take your home based opportunity to such a level that you can give up your full time job to work from home. Let me eliminate one fantasy for you, earning from your home based opportunity does not involve a management assessment. Even if your earnings is termed commission it is more reliable than the salary you got from your job. Why do I say that? Commission is generated totally by your efforts and nobody can terminate you or make you redundant except you, unlike your job when you are always at the mercy of someone else? Also the level of compensation you generate is entirely from the effort you put in, not what someone thinks they can get away with paying you. If you think differently
DO NOT GO INTO OPPORTUNITY FOR YOURSELF.
This step is the most difficult. Take an unemotional look at the business you are establishing by using needs theory not motivational theories. Be business like not unrealistic, positive not negative. Establish where you want to be, say, next year at this time using SMART goal setting tools.
